family of drivers, fairway woods and irons, the Tight Lies family of fairway
woods, the Redline family of fairway woods and drivers, Tight Lies GT500 and GT3
irons and i-woods, the Tom Watson signature and Puglielli series of wedges, and
certain accessories. In addition, under Women's Golf Unlimited we distribute the
Lady Fairway and Square 2 brands.

We were incorporated in 1987 and re-domesticated in Delaware in 1990.  ...
