traditional wood products for exterior applications in building and remodeling
homes and for certain other industrial or commercial building purposes. Since
inception in 1989, we have sold in excess of $269 million of products into the
North American marketplace. Our products are made from approximately equal
amounts of waste wood fiber and reclaimed polyethylene plastics, have been
extensively tested, and are sold by leading national companies such as the
