reincorporated in Delaware in November 1995. We offer integrated software
solutions for automating and integrating data and work flows across investment
management organizations, as well as the information flows between the
investment management organization and external parties. Our products are
intended to increase operational efficiency, improve the accuracy of client
information and enable better decision-making. Each solution focuses on specific
mission-critical functions of the investment management organization and is
tailored to meet the needs of the particular client, as determined by size,
assets under management and complexity of the investment environment.
